PORK CHOPS FOR THE WORKING WOMAN | |
3 or 4 pork chops 1 can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can water Minute Rice Dry minced onion Ground pepper Brown pork chops on both sides; drain grease off. Layer the pork chops, mushrooms, onion, topping with Minute Rice. Spread the soup over all and pour water to the side of the mixture. Place lid on skillet. Cook on medium-low for 45 minutes for 1 hour. Can also use on chicken. |
