CAREER WOMAN'S CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
3 med. onions, coarsely chopped
2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans condensed chicken broth
1 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can chopped black olives
8 oz. approximately, sliced Swiss cheese
Fresh tomato slices

In a large heavy saucepan, brown together the meat, seasonings, onion and green pepper. Ladle off any excess fat. Add undiluted soups and rice. Simmer, loosely covered, for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked. Transfer to greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Add a layer of chopped black olives. Top with thin slices of tomato and sliced Swiss cheese. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Leftovers reheat well in a microwave. Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
