6 WEEK BRAN ROLLS 
1 1/4 c. flour
3 c. Raisin Bran
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk

Mix first 6 ingredients together, then mix last 4 ingredients together; combine. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bake some and refrigerate rest of batter to bake later. Refrigerated will keep 6 weeks. 8 large, 9 medium muffins.
