ANGEL FOOD DESSERT | |
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges Angel food cake, baked (or bought) Dissolve Jello in water. Add sherbet and mix well with spoon. Let set slightly. Add Cool Whip. Break cake into pieces. Put half of cake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread half of Jello mixture over cake. Put half of oranges on cake. Make another layer of cake, Jello and oranges. Chill. Serves 16. |
