1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 env. Dream Whip

Dissolve Jello in water, stir in orange sherbet. Stir until blended. In separate bowl, whip Dream Whip. Add Dream Whip to Jello mixture, stir until blended. Add mandarin oranges to mixture. Chill until firm.
