8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, butter, egg, and nuts with fork and press in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread over pressed mix in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
