1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. 1 c. Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and spread over cooled crust. Mix 2 packages instant pudding (your choice of flavor) as directed on package. Spread over top. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
