1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix above ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Combine well and spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and pour over cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
