LEMON DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 c. nuts (opt.)

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (13 oz.) Cool whip

TOPPING:

3 (3 oz.) pkgs. Lemon instant pudding
4 c. milk

Mix crust ingredients to make like pie crust dough. Pat into 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, beating until creamy. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and mix well. Pour on top of cooled crust.

Combine pudding mix with 4 cups milk. Beat until thick. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding and sprinkle with nuts and cherries.

Can use chocolate or butterscotch instant pudding.
