ACINI DE PEPE 
1 lb. acini de Pepe (macaroni) cooked
1 lg. mandarin oranges, drained
2 lg. pineapple chunks, drained
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Drain the fruits but do not add the maraschino juice with the other juices. Pudding: mix together in saucepan, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons flour and the juice from the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Cook until it comes to a boil. Beat the 2 eggs and add a little hot pudding to the eggs and then add it to the pudding. Boil 1 minute. Cool.

Mix macaroni and pudding together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next days fold in the drained fruits and 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip.
