SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. no sugar Jello
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. lite cream cheese
1 lite Cool Whip

Drain pineapple, keep juice. Make Jello as directed, when you add cold water, use the juice and add water to make the needed amount of cold liquid. Let Jello set, have cream cheese at room temperature, whip, add Jello, Cool Whip and nuts, place in mold.
