2 pkg. of 8 crescent rolls 1 (16 oz.) pkg. fine shredded cheddar cheese 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 sm. pkg. dry mix HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 1 c. carrots 1 c. onions 1 c. broccoli 1 c. cauliflower 1 c. celery 1 can mushrooms (drained) 1 lg. tomato (remove most seed) 1/2 c. stuffed olives Spread crescents out on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Remove and let cool. Mix cream cheese with dry HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch mix. Spread on cooled crust. Chop each vegetable separately then mix together. Keep tomatoes and olives until later. Put mixed vegetables onto cream cheese. Press into cream cheese. Put mushrooms, tomatoes, olives on the cheddar cheese. Cover tightly with Saran wrap. Place in refrigerator for 5 hours or over night is better. |
