EASY VEGGIE PIZZA 
3 lbs. pizza dough (homemade or purchased - I use Claro's)
1 sm. jar Ragu pizza sauce (or your brand)
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
1 green pepper, sliced
1 med. yellow onion, diced
1 tsp. pizza spices

Roll out dough to make 2 pizzas. Spread sauce evenly on both pizzas. Sprinkle each with about 3/4 of the Mozzarella, Parmesan and Romano. Pat mushrooms, green pepper and onion on pizzas and top with remaining cheeses. Sprinkle with pizza spices. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes or until crust is crispy.
