FAST AND EASY MINI PIZZAS 
NEED:

1 can refrigerate biscuits
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
1/2 c. pizza sauce

MIX IN SMALL MIXING BOWL:

1/2 tsp. oil
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. oregano, dash of garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If don't want to make pizza sauce can use 1/2 cup of store bought.

With scissors, cut 5 to 6 biscuits into fourths. Dip scissors in flour. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten each piece with bottom of a glass which has been greased and dipped into flour. Spread sauce onto dough and top with slice of pepperoni and cheese. (Can use hot dogs instead of pepperoni). Bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Yield: 24 pizzas.
