BEST EVER BANANA NUT BREAD 
4 bananas
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Flour and grease 1 large loaf pan.

Place all 4 bananas in a large bowl and with a pastry blender or fork mash the bananas until they look like a thick cream but it will still look a little lumpy.

Stir in sugar, softened butter and eggs. In a side bowl mix milk with vinegar (just stir it with a spoon a couple times). Combine milk mixture into large bowl with bananas and other ingredients.

Then add to mixture: baking soda, flour, pinch of salt, vanilla and chopped pecans.

Stir all ingredients together until fully combined (it will look lumpy). pour into the loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
