3/4 c. or 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix above ingredients well. Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes on High, then stir and continue microwaving for 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.

Stir in 1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips until melted. Add 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme and 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into greased 13"x9" pan. Chill.
