1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced cooked apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix everything together with a wooden spoon. Pour into a tube pan. DO NOT grease and flour.

Cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let cake cool completely before removing from pan.
