FRUIT SALAD DESSERT 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. orange peel, grated
1/3 c. orange juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
2 med. apples
2 bananas

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Blend in pineapple juice, lemon juice, orange peel and orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Boil and stir 1 minute. While hot pour over fruit. Refrigerate uncovered until mixture cools.
