SOUR CREAM PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream (imo or real sour cream)
3/4 c. vegetable oil or oil you wish to use
1 tbsp. vanilla

First mix all dried ingredients. Use a whisk to mix; set aside. Second, mix all liquid together with a whisk. Third, combine dried and liquid and mix well. Fourth, grease and flour or use Baker's Joy. Also you can spray with Pam and flour in a Bundt pan. Pour the batter in. Bake in oven set at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes. If you want, you can put a frosting on.
