ZUCCHINI CHEDDAR BREAD 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c/ shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees; grease and flour one round pan. Cook and stir onion butter until tender. Cool slightly. Mix onion mixture, baking mix, parsley, basil, thyme, milk and eggs. Beat well for 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Makes 1 (9 inch) round loaf.
