Hot dog buns

Fry bacon until just done and set aside. Split hot dogs long-ways and lay open on broiler grill. (Do not cut through both sides of hot dog.) Broil in the oven until hot dogs begin to sizzle and get brown. Top with 1/2 slice cheese and one slice bacon. Return to broiler until cheese melts. Serve on buns with choice of garnish.
