CHEESE AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 c. bread crumbs
2 lbs. hamburger
4 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese

Combine eggs, milk, sauce, salt, pepper, mustard and crumbs. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Add beef and onions. Mix well. Place half of mixture in 8 x 8 inch dish. Arrange sliced cheese evenly on top. Add remainder of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
