4 c. Bisquick
1 c. applesauce
1 egg
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all together until dough cleans bowl. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Fry 1 minute on each side.
