1 lb. Country Morning blend butter
1/2 c. sugar (12 packets Equal)
1 beaten egg
4 c. cake flour

Stir together and roll in wax paper 1 foot long x 1 1/2 inches thick. Store in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Slice 1/4 inch thick and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Do not brown. Remove from sheet immediately.
