3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Quaker quick oats
1 c. corn flakes, crumble up with hand
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Add sugars and shortening. Add egg, vanilla and dry ingredients. Take 1/2 teaspoonful and make into a ball and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or until done. They spread themselves on cookie sheet. Makes about 50-60 small cookies.
