ONE STEP FARMHOUSE CHICKEN STEW 
1 stewing chicken (5 lbs.), disjointed
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. catsup
3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. sugar

Place chicken pieces in deep kettle. Melt butter in large saucepan; blend in flour. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boiling point, stirring constantly; pour over chicken. Cover; simmer 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
