CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 chicken, cooked and chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can early peas 1 onion, chopped 1 stick butter 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix 3 c. chicken broth Melt butter in baking dish. Put 1/2 of stuffing mix in baking dish and put 1/2 of butter over it. Mix chicken, onions, peas, and soup and pour over stuffing mix. Add remaining stuffing mix and butter and broth of chicken. Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees. |
