MICHAELS MAGIC CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up (skinned, if desired)
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 fresh tomatoes, quartered
1 can mushrooms sliced

Place chicken parts in a casserole dish. Combine dry spaghetti sauce mix with wine. Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook for an additional 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
