CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
6 cooked chicken breasts
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter or olive oil
8 oz. cooked and drained spaghetti, break up in thirds before cooking
Grated Parmesan cheese, about 1 c.
1/2 to 1 c. sherry

Can boil chicken or for extra flavor bake for 1 hour, covered, with plain yogurt and milk. Combine all ingredients and place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with additional Parmesan cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover for 15 minutes to brown the top.
