YAM & CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
1 can yams, drained
1 pkg. (3 c.) fresh, whole cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. mace

Combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice and spices in a 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir in yams and bake until hot throughout, about 15 minutes.
