ICE CREAM SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 (12 oz.) caramel topping

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Bake on a cookie sheet for 15minutes at 400 degrees. Stir to break up and cool. Put 3/4 of crumbs in a 9 inch pan - put softened ice cream over crumbs, then topping - sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Wrap pan in foil and freeze. Great summer dessert.
