ICE CREAM CRUNCH SQUARES | |
1 c. flour 1/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 (12 oz.) jar ice cream topping 1 qt. ice cream COMBINATIONS: Chocolate topping - vanilla ice cream. Butterscotch topping - chocolate ice cream. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Pat mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir while still warm to crumble. Spread 1/2 crumbs in 9 x 9 pan. Drizzle 1/2 topping over crumbs. Stir ice cream to soften. Spoon into pan. drizzle remaining topping. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze. |
