ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and cut fine or shredded
1 sm. can chow mein noodles or less
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
4 green onion, sliced
2-3 stalks celery, sliced thin or the diagonal
2 tbsp. toasted almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Salt and pepper

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. rice or salad vinegar

Mix dressing and blend well. Pour over salad ingredients above and toss well. Serves 4.
