HOT ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
Chow mein noodles

Mix and put in baking dish. Bake in 425 degree oven 15 minutes. Add noodles when ready to serve.
