CHICKEN HOT DISH 
2 c. chicken, diced, or 3 cans Swanson chunk chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c. celery, diced
3 tsp. minced onion
1 sm. can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix well. If a bit dry, add a little milk. Put in a 2-quart casserole or 9" square.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. corn flakes, crushed

Melt butter. Mix with corn flakes and spread over top of casserole.

Bake uncovered 25 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees. 10 to 15 minutes before baking time is done, top casserole with slivered almonds.
