CHICKEN HOTDISH 
1 (5 oz.) can boned Swanson chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked celery
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. cashews
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. crushed potato chips (1/2 in hot dish, 1/2 on top)

Mix together and bake for 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
