CHICKEN HOTDISH 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. cut-up chicken
12 oz. frozen vegetable mix (broccoli, carrots & cauliflower)

TOPPING:

Shredded cheese
Butter & parsley
Fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients together. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
