CHICKEN HOT DISH 
2 chicken breasts, boneless
1 pkg. Uncle Bens wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. frozen corn
1 tomato
Garlic salt

For a low calorie dish leave out the cream of mushroom soup.

Bake chicken breasts at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt and cut into small pieces. Make Uncle Bens rice. Add chicken, Uncle Bens rice, frozen corn and peas, can of cream of mushroom soup (optional) into a casserole dish. Now bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Slice tomato and place decoratively on top of casserole and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
