CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
1 lg. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces (turkey can also be used)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Layer vegetables in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan with cut up chicken. Spread the blended other ingredients over top of layered ingredients. Mix:

1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. plain croutons
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Spread on top of other ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, longer if vegetables are not done. Can be made ahead of time.
