BEAN SALAD 
1 can red kidney beans
1 can cut green beans
1 can cut wax beans
1 can lima beans
1 can garbanzo beans (optional)
1 onion, diced
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Drain beans, empty into large bowl. Add onions. Dissolve sugar in vinegar and add salt, pepper and salad oil to beans. Stir gently. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
