PASTA AND BEAN SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen blackeye peas
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Forthook lima beans
1 (16 oz.) pkg. RoTel macaroni (corkscrew) or Garden Variety, if desired
2 stalks celery (thinly sliced)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. parsley
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Day before, cook blackeye peas and lima beans as directed on label.

Drain well. Prepare RoTel in large sauce pot. Drain and return to pot. Add peas and beans, mix all other ingredients in small bowl. Pour mixture over ingredients in sauce pot. Toss gently, put in serving bowl, cover and refrigerate over night. To serve, toss gently, if its to thick add more milk if desired. Makes 16 servings and is great with Bar B Q.
