MEXICAN LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground round
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped olives (optional)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1/2 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Dorito chips (regular or nacho)
Monterey Jack cheese

Must be Dorito chips, other brands burn.

Saute beef until brown. Add onions, olives, taco seasoning, tomato sauce. Heat through. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese together and set aside. Crush chips in bottom of 9x13 inch casserole. Cover with half layer of meat mixture. Spoon half of creamy mixture over. Top with layer of Jack cheese. Layer rest of meat, creamy mixture, and thick layer of Jack cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. 4-6 servings.
