NO-BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. strawberry Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6-oz.)Honey Maid graham pie crust
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on high until well blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip, spoon into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries just prior to serving.

Makes 8 servings.

Tip: Can add 1 cup chopped strawberries to cream cheese mixture after stirring in whipped topping. Can also make a bottom crust in spring form pan or 9-inch pie plate, stand strawberry newton cookies around sides, then pour mixture into plate or pan. Refrigerate until set and serve. Garnish with strawberries.
