APRICOT JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. box apricot Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 env. Dream Whip

Mix together the first 4 ingredients and put on ice to thicken, after it is thickened mix with envelope of Dream Whip and then fold it into Jello mixture. Pour in mold and gel.

This is a delicious and light dessert and is great to serve after a large meal such as Thanksgiving or Easter.
