APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. apricot Jello
2 c. hot and 2 c. cold water
2 c. small marshmallows
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain well and save 1/2 c. juice for topping
2 bananas, sliced

Make Jello, then add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Put into 9 x 13 pan. Let set until solid. Cook until thick: 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour

Cool slightly. Add 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, mix well and let cool completely. Fold in 1 package prepared Dream Whip. Spread on salad.
