SAUCY COCKTAIL MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. each finely chopped green peppers and onion (may use onion flakes)
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. each mustard and vinegar

Mix beef, crumbs, egg and salt. Shape into meat balls (makes about 50 - small). Place in baking pan (shallow). Broil until brown. Turn once. Spoon off fat.

In saucepan, cook onion, green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over meat balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

May substitute frankfurters for meat. Cut franks into 1 inch pieces.
