1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
1 lb. ground meat
1 sm. sour cream

Let set at room temperature. Mix with potato masher.

TOPPING:

1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pinch garlic powder or salt
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. butter

Mix and spread over above. Sprinkle with ground parsley. Chill.
