EVELYN'S CHEESE BALL 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 pkgs. dried beef
1 bunch green onions, use tops too
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. accent or seasoning salt (you may want to use less since the beef is salty)
6 dashes Tabasco sauce

Chop beef and onions very fine. Let cheese come to room temperature. Mix well, roll in paprika and finely chopped nuts. Chill.
