CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. onion salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1/2 tsp. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Cream the cheese until softened. Add deviled ham. Mix well. Add onion flakes, onion salt, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well. Put into a dish to form a ball. Sprinkle with the nuts and parsley.

NOTE: Very good on any cracker, especially a "Ritz"! Keeps in the refrigerator for a week or more.
