GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. beef bouillon

Saute first 5 ingredients in skillet until beef is browned and onion tender. If there is excess fat, drain off. Add bouillon. Just before ready to serve add mayonnaise and sour cream, which have been mixed together and heat just enough so all is hot. Serve over rice or noodles.
